From Rene’s Advocacy Journey
Inclusion Infusion — Discovering What’s Possible
Looking back at a meaningful chapter.
At age 44, Rene discovered the benefits of exercise, building strength, and exploring what her body could do.
That experience helped inspire her advocacy for young people with disabilities. She wanted them to have opportunities to explore their strengths, recognize their abilities, and discover their potential much earlier in life.
Approximately 17 years ago, Rene’s involvement with Inclusion Infusion reflected her desire to encourage young people to recognize their abilities rather than allow others’ expectations to define their possibilities.
This video is part of that earlier chapter of Rene’s advocacy history.
